We would like to congratulate our Service and Install departments for recently earning their NATE certification.

NATE (North American Technician Excellence) is equivalent to the automotive industry ASE certification.

NATE is the highest-level certification that a Technician can earn and is a great accomplishment.

A little history

Barineau Heating and Air-Conditioning, Inc. is owned and operated by Larry Barineau. He has been providing quailty and professional service to Tallahassee and the surrounding counties for over 30 years.

He started working in 1972 as a duct technician in the family owned business, Barineau and Sons Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc founded by his father the late Elbert L. Barineau Sr.  In 1978 Larry was promoted to sales manager and in 1992 when his father retired, Larry filled his fathers shoes as Owner President, which he co-owned with his brother. In July of 2006, Barineau and Sons Heating And Air decided to close its doors. 

In August of 2006 Larry opened Barineau Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc., bringing with him his two sons Shane and Patrick, along with other dedicated employees from Barineau and Sons Heating and Air Conditoning, Inc. 


Who are we?

Larry Barineau, Owner and President, manages and oversees the operation of the business.

Shane Barineau leads the service department with over 16 years experience and insures that all of our customers receive the quailty and professional service they deserve.

Patrick Barineau manages the sales department with 9 years experience and is dedicated to paying close attention to the needs of the customer.

Our Installation department is supervised by Tim Pritchard, with over 26 years experience, he insures that each job is done to our high specifications and answers any questions the customer may have during the installation process.

Our lead installer Kurtis Gower, has over 11 years experience and is responsible for making sure the customer understands the operation of the new system.

Our office manager Annie Tillman, with 17 years of experiance provides friendly and efficient customer service from the initial call to the final bill. 

All of us are dedicated to serving our customers and will continue to learn and grow from them.
